Intro

We Are Bio is a Spanish family house dedicated to organic food. We grow, press, cook and bottle; we answer the telephone; we taste every batch. The house is small on purpose.

It began with an olive grove the family had kept for three generations.

And a decision to farm it without chemicals. One oil became two. Two became a pantry. The pantry became a house. We have never been in a hurry.

Food is a form of trust.

That trust is built in the soil, the season, the press, the jar. We plant without pesticides. We harvest by hand where the land asks for hands. We refuse additives we would not feed to our own children. We keep our promises small so we can keep them fully.
