Organic Preserves — 8 varieties: Blackberry (Galicia), Blueberry (Asturias), Forest Berries (Cantabria), Orange/Seville (Andalusia), Peach/Calanda (Aragon), Plum/Claudia (Aragon), Raspberry (León), Tomato (Extremadura). Made with organic fruit (60%+), organic agave syrup, natural apple pectin. No refined sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no additives. EU Organic certified. Format: 260g glass jar.
4. Sauces — 4 products: Tomate Frito, Salsa Finas Hierbas, Gazpacho, Ketchup. Organic ingredients from Extremadura and Andalusia.

6. Gift Sets — 5 curated boxes: Discovery, Essentials, Grand Cellar, Sweet Mornings, Table. Hand-finished wooden crates packed in Madrid.

## Certifications
- EU Organic (Euro-leaf): Certificate ES-ECO-023-MA.724-0061429.2026.001, issued by CAEM (Comité de Agricultura Ecológica de la Comunidad de Madrid), valid until 31 December 2027. Covers organic products only.
- Non-GMO: Verified through EU Organic compliance.
- Vegan Friendly: Self-declared based on full ingredient transparency. No animal-derived ingredients at any production stage.

## Important Notes
- Not all products are organic. Chupadedos, Manzanilla, and Gazpacha olives are conventional products containing additives.
- Olive Oil does not currently carry EU Organic certification at SKU level.
- Avocado oil origin is Non-EU per technical specifications.
- Preserves are sweetened with organic agave syrup, not sugar-free.
